Reader testimonials:Dear Mr. Bear,
Thank you for taking the time to write and send
your research on the difficult subject of birth control. I have looked through your book and find many of your arguments very
challenging….I am grateful for receiving your work and will surely include it in my studies as I continue to examine
this issue.
Sincerely,
R.C. Sproul (May 18, 1990)

Hi Tom
I finally finished your book, “Do You Swear to Tell the Truth.” I am very glad to have
this book as it is a useful handbook to refer to, you've laid out the crucial information in a concise manner.
I
really appreciated how you call Christians back to a confidence in the methods and message that Christ and the apostles used.
Your point about not relying on extra-biblical arguments is interesting, just stick to Gospel facts. Another good point is
try not to argue with people's pet theories. That's so hard because, you hardly get started trying to give the gospel and
the person deflects your attention with- do you believe in evolution? Or, as happened to me just yesterday- religion is responsible
for so many wars, it's a waste of time.
I felt most challenged by being reminded that we will be mocked, sneered
at, laughed at for being Christians, we must just get used to it. Another good point is that you don't have to give all the
facts of the Gospel in one go, but let the Holy Spirit guide you to know how much to say. The section about proclamation evangelism
was very interesting. .. Once again, thank you for your book, my husband now wants to read it and I know I will refer to it
often.
Blessings,
Helen (United Kingdom)
--------------------------- I want to thank
you for the book, “Bring My Sheep Back.” This is something that should be published to an expanded audience. I
am going to ask you to bring some copies for me to buy next Saturday. The detailed observance of loving scriptural direction
is outstanding. I have never read anything as clearly stated as this. I was especially struck about the care to avoid gossip
and to only give info to those who are directly concerned (improper sharing of details).

“I keep my copy of “Christian Marriage” with
my Bible and have often referred to it.” Brian (Melvindale, MI)

Bring My Sheep Back presents a candid framework
for the process of restoring Christians that stray. Most of the books that deal with this subject approach it from the standpoint
of solving conflicts between Christians. Bring My Sheep Back is founded on Jesus’ teaching to put the interests
of the straying Christian ahead of our own desire for immediate relief of pain caused by the one caught in sin. Personal observations
along with much attention to biblical instruction produce a very useful and thorough resource for church leaders and lay people
who desire to restore Christians trapped by sin. This book stresses adherence to biblical principles rather than dependence
on man-made approaches to solving relational problems. Much attention is then given to the importance of fulfilling Christ’s
command to love one another with humble hearts. The book stresses the importance to guard against gossip and presumption of
guilt throughout the process. Whether it involves private sin or public scandal, or even cases that involve the governing
authorities, biblical principles are taught as foundational to the process of restoration that aims to fulfill Jesus' desire
for His people to love one another. 127 pages, $10.

Old Testament Historical Narrative Bible Course:
This course is designed to stimulate the student to read through the Old Testament historical narrative so that he becomes
familiar with the history of God’s work to bring about redemption through Jesus Christ. By reading just one Bible chapter
each day, the entire Old Testament historical narrative can be covered in less than six months. Questions are provided to
help students read with the purpose of understanding the content and help the teacher measure the comprehension of the student.
The answered questions also provide a basis for weekly or biweekly family or group discussion. As the student becomes more
familiar with the Old Testament narrative, he will begin to understand how each part of the Old and New Testaments fit together
into a harmonious message of redemption. Students Edition $8, Leader’s Guide $10. (Author: Tom Bear)

Christian
Marriage This is not a self-help
book. Rather, this book provides biblical principles that if applied, will result in harmony in the marriage and glory to God.
Some will undoubtedly say that many problems in marriage are far to complex for such a short book to address. It is the premise
of this book, however, that the source of all problems in Christian marriages are the result of failure to live as God has
taught us to live in His Word. If a Christian couple lives in accordance with God’s principles described in Christian
Marriage, true harmony is guaranteed. Suggested contribution $ 5.00. (Author: Tom Bear - 50 page

This book was written by Tom Bear in the late 1980’s.
He has revised it and now makes it available for those who are interested to learn what the Bible teaches about birth control. Did you know that before
the twentieth century, the Protestant Church boldly spoke out against the practice of birth control? They were opposed to
any act of man that interfered with the natural order of procreation. Men such as John Calvin, Martin Luther, John Wesley,
Arthur Pink and Augustine were vehemently opposed to birth control. Today, Birth control is not just tolerated, it is embraced
by the Protestant Church. Why has the Protestant Church changed its position? Is it possible that Christians living before
the twentieth century were all mistaken? Why did they take a stand against birth control? Is it possible that the church of
the nineteenth century was better equipped to discern right from wrong? Using six biblical arguments, this book demonstrates
that birth control is a worldly practice that opposes God’s will for His people, violates the marriage covenant and
is an attack on the very character of God. 64 pages, suggested donation $7.00.

Do our children have A Heart for Missions?
In the nineteenth century, John G. Paton, in spite of continual threat of death, spread the gospel to a cannibalistic people
living on islands in the Southern Pacific Ocean. This man, greatly used of God, claimed that it was his parents, James
Paton and his wife Janet, that were the human agents chiefly responsible for setting the course of his life. Ray Warwick
seeks to impart to his children the same blessing that James and Janet Paton bestowed upon theirs, a Heart For Missions.
His booklet challenges the thinking that has become mainstream to evangelical Christianity and provokes the reader to
embrace a biblical perspective about the things that are most dear to the heart of God. Suggested contribution $
2.00. (Author Ray Warwick- 28 pages)

The
Lord’s Supper On the night
He was betrayed, Jesus instituted the Christian ordinance known as "Communion" or "The Lord's Supper."
When we partake of it in the way He intends, we "show forth His death until He comes." If we fail to partake of
it properly, the picture of Jesus' death is made obscure. Paul said, "Whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of
the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord" (I Corinthians
11:27). This booklet clears up many common misconceptions about this ordinance so that Christians can partake of it by
faith as an act of true worship as God intends. Suggested contribution $ 1.75 (Author:
Tom Bear- 20 pages)

What is faith? Without it, you cannot please God. Many people
say they have it. Yet, if you ask them, most could not explain it. In Faith That Pleases God, Bruce
Hays identifies and explains the various components that comprise faith. Reading this book will help you know with greater
certainty if you have Faith That Pleases God. Suggested contribution $ 1.50. (Author: Rev.
Bruce Hays - 12 pages)
